1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing btownsnooker.com or purchasing a membership at B-Town Snooker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership
B-Town Snooker offers three membership tiers — Core, Elite, and Legend — each valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
- Memberships are non-transferable and linked to the registered member only.
- Each membership is valid across all B-Town Snooker locations — Khawajabagh and Baramulla.
- Membership benefits including discounts and wallet credits are applicable only during the active membership period.
- Upon expiry, wallet balance is reset. Members must renew to continue accessing membership benefits.
- B-Town Snooker reserves the right to modify membership benefits with prior notice.
3. Wallet & Credits
- Wallet credits are loaded upon membership activation or top-up.
- Wallet balance can only be used for session payments at B-Town Snooker.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Any unused wallet balance expires when the membership expires.
- Top-up amounts are non-refundable once credited to the wallet.
4. Session Rules
- Sessions are charged based on time played at the applicable per-minute or fixed rate.
- The loser of a match is responsible for the session payment unless otherwise agreed between players.
- Session times are recorded by B-Town Snooker staff and are considered final.
- Members are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Disruptive behaviour may result in membership termination without refund.
- Club rules regarding equipment, table etiquette, and conduct must be followed at all times.
5. Payments
- Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment confirmation is required before membership activation.
- B-Town Snooker is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
6. Leaderboard & Tournaments
- Leaderboard rankings are calculated based on recorded match results.
- Player of the Month is awarded automatically based on the highest points in the preceding calendar month.
- Tournament rules and prize details will be announced separately for each event.
- B-Town Snooker's decisions regarding rankings and tournament outcomes are final.
7. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misused or shared.
8. Limitation of Liability
B-Town Snooker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership in dispute.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kashmir, India.
